COURSE DESCRIPTION

Our VFX course is meant to equip anyone with the knowledge and the skills for them to have a successful career in this field. We teach students all the relevant skills, right from basics of art, visualization design, scaling & proportion, color theory, set extension, VFX film making, to teaching chroma keying techniques for a shoot and CGI graphics. Students are also exposed to the world of 3D computer graphics.

In relation to VFX, we have in-house facilities specific to this field, like a floor green room and an edit suite for students to experience real production techniques of the industry. We teach seamless integration of CGI elements with real characters and the complete process for creating photo-realistic lighting along with compositing techniques. Our program is very well designed to enable a student to excel in working for any position in a VFX company.

Photography, Chroma Keying Techniques, Fundamentals of Film making, Match moving, Digital intermediate process.

3D Projections, Time Warping, Color theory, CG Integration, Masking techniques.

Pre visualization, Digital make up, Digital Matte painting, VFX planning and shooting, 2D Compositing.

Fundamentals of 3D, 3D Multi layer compositing, Dynamics for vfx.

3D Asset Management, Intro to Rigging and animation, Rendering techniques.

Lighting techniques, Texturing and shading techniques, 3d for nuke&Maya to nuke integration.

Throughout the course, students get constant support from our faculties to build their respective portfolio / showreels. These are an amalgamation of their creative work throughout their time at Design Skills Academy. STAGE 01 - COUNSELING PROCESS

Our academic counselor will give you an insight of our unique teaching methodologies, practical-oriented course structure and the various advantages of studying with Design Media & Edutainment School.

STAGE 02 - CREATIVE QUOTIENT TEST

Students are required to sit for a creative quotient test which has both practical and objective questions. This test is meant to check the creative thinking of a candidate and also serves as a basis for their scholarship from the institution.

STAGE 03 - ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Once a candidate has completed the previous stages, they are eligible to get enrolled into the course of their choice. Students must submit their application forms and demand drafts to the institution to complete the enrollment procedure.
